!! 開催趣旨

Internet Society (以下「ISOC」) は "Internet For Everyone" を理念としてグローバルに活動している非営利団体です。また、インターネットで利用する技術標準を策定する IETF の運営を支える法人でもあります。

この度、ISOC の President 兼 CEO である Andrew Sullivan 氏が、神戸にて開催される ICANN64 に参加するために来日します。この機会に、ISOC日本支部では、Andrew Sullivan 氏と国内のインターネットコミュニティが集うことのできるイベントを開催致します。

氏との議論を通じ、インターネットの維持・普及推進に取り組む ISOC の最新状況を把握できるとともに、日本コミュニティから ISOC への意見を提起するよい機会になると考えています。
